This week’s feature spotlights our amazing Director of Technology, Mr. Henry Lopez, who has been a vital part of the St. Luke’s family for the past seven years. With 20 years of tech experience, Henry contributes a wealth of knowledge and dedication to our community each day. He has been married for 14 years and is a proud father of three. He enjoys spending quality time with his family and is a HUGE Disney fan, sharing his love for all things Disney with those closest to him.
Henry began his career as a remediation teacher before quickly moving into tech education and leadership roles after earning his B.S. in Management Information Systems from FIU. Today, he serves as our Director of Technology at St. Luke’s, where his expertise shines. Henry excels at addressing the students and staff’s technology concerns, always just a phone call away. His willingness to respond swiftly and effectively makes him an invaluable resource, ready to come to the rescue whenever needed.
Fun Fact: His path also includes two years of missionary work in the Dominican Republic, highlighting his compassionate nature and commitment to serving others. This experience not only deepened his understanding of diverse cultures but also reinforced his dedication to making a positive impact on the lives of those around him.
Henry’s favorite verse, Philippians 4:13, guides him: “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
We are blessed to have his support for both our students and staff at St. Luke’s!
