Staff Feature: Mrs. Liz Ventura-Moore
This week’s Staff Feature is Mrs. Liz Ventura-Moore, who has been part of St. Luke’s for 12 years and serves as one of our First Grade Teacher’s Aides. She shares that one of her favorite parts of St. Luke’s is simply being at school with the kids, something that reflects her love for the students she supports each day.
Outside of school, Mrs. Ventura-Moore enjoys traveling, crafting, and spending treasured time with her two grandsons. She and her husband, Ron, have been married for 22 years and are the proud parents of two married children, each blessed with a baby boy. One fun fact many families may not know is that Mrs. Ventura-Moore served in the military, with active duty assignments in both Korea and Germany.
Mrs. Ventura-Moore’s favorite Bible verse, Joshua 1:9, speaks to strength and courage in the Lord, a truth that has guided her both personally and professionally. She shares that being part of St. Luke’s has helped her grow closer to God and deepen her faith, not only for herself but within her family as well. St. Luke’s is grateful for Mrs. Ventura-Moore’s years of service and the faith-filled example she brings to our school community each day.
