This week’s Staff Feature is the wonderful Ms. Pam Mobley, our dedicated 3rd grade aide here at St. Luke’s. Pam’s passion for Lutheran education started early—she grew up in Northern Indiana, where her mother was a Lutheran school teacher and her grandfather a Lutheran pastor. Their strong example inspired her to pursue a life of service in faith-based education, and she has been blessing students ever since.
Pam has spent an incredible 33 years in Lutheran education, teaching at several Lutheran schools before coming to St. Luke’s. She first served as a classroom teacher and transitioned into a teacher’s aide years later. It has been the perfect fit, and she’s been joyfully serving as an aide ever since, supporting students and teachers with kindness, faith, and experience.
In addition to her time at St. Luke’s, Pam also serves as a concierge at Lutheran Haven, continuing to live out her calling to serve others. Outside of work, she enjoys being outdoors, hiking, and reading. Her favorite Bible passage is Romans 8:28–39, which reminds us that “nothing can separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” This powerful reminder of God’s unwavering love and purpose is one she holds close to her heart.
A fun fact you may not know—during her time at Orlando Lutheran Academy, Pam served as the Director of Drama and loved putting on school plays that gave students a chance to shine on stage.
When asked what she loves most about St. Luke’s, Pam says it’s the strong Christian community that makes her feel at home. We are so thankful for her faithful heart, joyful spirit, and the impact she makes in our classrooms every day.
Thank you, Ms. Mobley, for your many years of love and service!
