Teacher Feature: Mrs. Kristy Sina
This week’s Teacher Feature is Mrs. Kristy Sina, one of our 3-year-old Preschool teachers. She has been part of the St. Luke’s family for four years and brings a joyful, faith-filled presence to her classroom. Mrs. Sina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, and the Bible from Southern Assemblies of God University. Her favorite Bible verse, Psalm 46:10, reflects the calm and steady foundation she brings into teaching each day. Mrs. Sina encourages her students to always put God first and to never stop learning and growing.
A fun fact many might not know: at just 18 years old, Mrs. Sina traveled to China alone on a missions trip. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys hiking, spending time at the beach, and visiting theme parks.
She is also a proud mom to a 15-year-old son, a 16-year-old daughter, and two dogs. One of the things she loves most about working at St. Luke’s is the strong support system and getting to witness those special “light bulb” moments when her students grasp something new. St. Luke’s is grateful for Mrs. Sina and the love she pours into our youngest students each day.
